Super Film
Super Film is a low-cost, non-hazardous liquid that retards moisture evaporation from the surface of interior or exterior plastic concrete during hot and/or windy conditions. Application of Super Film to plastic concrete forms a monomolecular film on the surface that reduces moisture loss during windy conditions by 80% and direct sunlight by 40%. Slowing evaporation during hot and/or windy conditions provides additional working time and eliminates the need for extra water in the mix to compensate for evaporative loss on the job site. The benefits of Super Film should remain as long as the concrete is plastic. Floating and troweling are not detrimental to the the film. Overall costs are reduced by placing less significance on the timing of operations and allowing more surface to be handled per finisher.
