Fast-Patch is a “fast-setting” mortar designed for patching and smoothing concrete flat-work or filling holes on tilt up surfaces. Fast-Patch is a dry polymer, cement and fine aggregate factory blended powder. It is formulated to adhere to surfaces without requiring a primer. Fast-Patch can be used in exterior or interior locations. Environmentally friendly, Fast-Patch is fully VOC compliant. Fast-Patch polymer formula affords low water absorption. Fast-Patch dries to a natural cement-like color: (note: the color might be slightly different than the surrounding exposed substrate concrete). The application can be brought to a smooth finish by trowel, brush or float.
Broom-Tek is a polymer-modified cementitious coating specifically designed as an overlayment for any concrete surface, providing an economical way to resurface and beautify old, chipped, spalled, or scaled concrete.
Concrete Solutions Resurfacer is a just-add-water, polymer modified cementitious compound. It is used as a thin resurfacing and texturing material to provide a smooth, troweled, or broomed finish over concrete and other sound surfaces. Resurfacer is used as a bond coat just before spreading Stamp-Top (1/4″ Stampable Overlay), as well as a base coat prior to applying Texture-Top, Trowel-Top and Spray-Top products.
Concrete Solutions Stamp-Top 1/4″ stampable overlay is a just-add-water, polymer modified cementitious compound which can be applied over existing surfaces and stamped 1/4 – 1/2″ (6.4 – 12.7 mm) thick. It can also be used for patching, leveling, and repitching applications from 0 – 1/2″ 90 – 12.7 mm) thick.
Elephant Armor is a single component, cementitious, fiber reinforced, medium to fast setting patch and overlay repair mortar that can be placed with a textured roller or traditional placement tools. Applications include: walkways, curbs, ramps, slabs, spalls, cracks, bridges, ICF walls, parking structures, tunnels, dams, industrial plants or anywhere a high strength concrete repair mortar is called for.
Micro-Tek Micro-Toppings are a two part overlay system. Micro-Tek RG is applied as a base coat or primer. Micro-Tak SG is then applied multiple times, providing a tightly-troweled, smooth, flag surface. Ideal for use in restoring damaged concrete for application of VIVID Acid Stains, QuickDye or GraniteLook, Add C-Serires Liquid Colorants to the Micro-Tek Micro-Topping System to product a clean, colored look.
G-100 Pro-Series Grout Mix is specifically designed as a decorative concrete restoration grout mix and is typically used as part of the Spray-Tek Overly System, providing outstanding weatherproofing and stain resistance to almost any concrete surface, old or new. G-100 Pro-Series Grount Mix must be mixed with DuraSet 1000/1001 modified acrylic polymer.
C-Series Liquid Colorants may be added to any comentitious mix for an integral color throughout the entire mix, not just on the surface. Our colorants are designed specifically for addition to Broom-Tek, G-100 Pro-Series Grount Mix, Micro-Tek Micro-Topping, and Stamp-Tek Stampable Overlay.
Concrete Solutions Concrete Polymer Liquid is a special formulation of water-based resins specifically designed to be mixed with water, cement and sand mixtures. When added to Portland cement, sand and water in specified proportions it creates a new flexible, adhesive cementitious compound which can be used to repair and protect a variety of surfaces. Polymer Concrete, which is concrete with Concrete Polymer Liquid added, is designed to combat the shortcomings of regular concrete; particularly its low flexural strength and thin section fragility. It promotes a rapid cure in thin set applications. Cement mortar or concrete modified with Concrete Polymer Liquid exhibits increased physical strength: tensile strength, shear bond strength, flexural strength and compressive strength. It increases resistance to water, abrasion, freeze-thaw and chemical attack. It bonds tenaciously to concrete and various types of foam and can also be applied over asphalt, wood, metal, tile and linoleum. Cementitious formulations modified with Concrete Polymer Liquid exhibit exceptional toughness and durability in interior or exterior applications.
